Анотація

У статтi представлено результати спостереження й дослiдження проявiв окремих молекулярних коливань у процесах термолюмiнесценцiї полiмерiв. Цi прояви мають такi особливостi: 1) попри квазинеперервний спектр енергiй пасток для носiїв заряду в полiмерах, енергiї активацiї, визначенi методом фракцiйної термолюмiнесценцiї, мають дискретнi значення; 2) цi значення енергiй активацiї збiгаються з квантами молекулярних коливань у системi; 3) температурна залежнiсть iнтенсивностi термолюмiнесценцiї має характерну поведiнку, зумовлену молекулярними коливаннями. Таку температурну залежнiсть i енергiї активацiї було експериментально дослiджено для полiмерiв, нанесених на рiзнi пiдкладинки, полiмерiв з рiзним ступенем кристалiчностi та нанорозмiрних полiмерiв, вбудованих у пористий кремнезем. Експериментальнi результати узгоджуються з запропонованою моделлю участi молекулярних коливань у процесах вивiльнення заряду з пасток пiд час термолюмiнесценцiї.
