Анотація

Робота присвячена розробцi та впровадженню методики прогнозування кристалiчної структури з використанням генетичних алгоритмiв, iнтегрованих у бiблiотеку ASE на мовi Python. Поєднуючи гнучкiсть ASE зi швидкiстю класичних релаксаторiв i точнiстю методiв DFT, наш пiдхiд значно знижує обчислювальнi витрати, водночас зберiгаючи прогностичну надiйнiсть. Методика була перевiрена на полiморфах кремнезему (SiO2), де наша система дала змогу успiшно обчислити як глобальнi, так i локальнi мiнiмуми енергетичного ландшафту. Також дослiджено iнтеграцiю релаксаторiв на основi нейронних мереж, таких як MACE та AIMNet2, для подальшого пришвидшення процесу пошуку. Це дослiдження закладає основу для ефективного, масштабованого й точного прогностичного моделювання кристалiчних матерiалiв.
