Морфологiчнi характеристики трифторидiв залiза рiзного ступеня гiдратацiї, отриманих гiдротермальним методом

Анотація

В роботi проведено дослiдження кристалiчної i магнiтної мiкроструктур та морфологiчних особливостей матерiалiв B-FeF3·3H2O, HTB-FeF3·0,33H2O та r-FeF3, отриманих гiдротермальним методом з наступним вiдпалом в атмосферi аргону. Детально вивчено процес дегiдратацiї кристалогiдрату B-FeF3·3H2O з частинками пластинчастої форми та запропоновано модель структурних перетворень. Застосовуючи отриманi узагальнення, синтезовано ультрадисперснi HTB-FeF3·0,33H2O та r-FeF3. Встановлено, що фаза r-FeF3 частково перебуває в суперпарамагнiтному станi, при цьому розмiр частинок матерiалу спiвмiрний iз середнiми розмiрами областей когерентного розсiювання.
