Анотація

У цiй роботi продемонстровано застосування спектроскопiї iнфрачервоного вiдбивання для iдентифiкацiї кристалiчних фаз у матерiалах на основi ZrO2. Наведено експериментальнi спектри порошкiв та керамiки з рiзною будовою, а також запропоновано теоретичнi моделi для апроксимацiї спектрiв IЧ-вiдбивання на основi частотної залежностi дiелектричної проникностi, описаної формулою Гельмгольца–Кеттлера. Розрахунки виконувалися iз застосуванням спiввiдношень Крамерса–Кронiга. Для опису кубiчної, тетрагональної та моноклiнної фаз ZrO2 використовувалися моделi з одним, п’ятьма й сiмома осциляторами, вiдповiдно. Проведено моделювання з урахуванням коефiцiєнтiв затухання фононiв. Отриманi результати показали наявнiсть вираженого мiнiмуму вiдбивання у високочастотнiй областi спектра. Його спектральне положення вiдповiдає високочастотнiй межi смуги “залишкових променiв”, яка є специфiчною для рiзних фаз. Цей мiнiмум з’являється в дiапазонах 710–720 см−1 для кубiчного ZrO2, 790–800 см1 для тетрагонального ZrO2 i 820–840 см−1 для моноклiнного ZrO2. Аналiз експериментальних спектрiв дав змогу оцiнити статичну й високочастотну дiелектричнi проникностi, частоти поперечних i поздовжнiх оптичних фононiв та вiдповiднi коефiцiєнти затухання для порошкiв i керамiки з рiзною кристалiчною будовою на основi ZrO2.
