Анотація

Вивчено гасiння флуоресценцiї (ФЛ) в розчинах у водi DOX-BSA-AuNPs. Показано, що в присутностi наночастинок золота виникають додатковi механiзми комплексоутворення, якi приводять до зростання константи зв’язування K та падiння числа зв’язуючих мiсць n i вiдстанi мiж флуорофором та акцепторами енергiї.
