The dependence of the concentration of electrons in CDP on the temperature of a particle is obtained. The condition of charge equilibrium of a metal particle with CDP surrounding it is obtained. The dependence of the equilibrium charge of a metal particle surrounded with CDP on the temperature of a particle in the positive and negative regions is obtained.
