No substantial changes in the local structure of the solution were found at energies Er higher or lower than 9 MeV. At Er = 9 MeV, the local structure changes drastically. This radiation effect can be considered as a maximum one and taking place due to the increase of the probability for cations and anions of the solute to interact with one another and with water molecules.</p>}, number={5}, journal={Ukrainian Journal of Physics}, author={Atamas, N.
